Job Summary

Embark on an exhilarating journey within the realm of software solutions as a Junior Regional Sales Manager. Your primary focus will revolve around supporting our prospects, comprehending their challenges, and contributing to providing tailored software solutions. We seek a motivated individual keen on learning and advancing in the dynamic field of sales.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing territory plans to support sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in sales cycles with a consultative approach, working closely with senior team members.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Support in preparing and delivering presentations to showcase how our solutions address customer challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members and Pre-Sales Architects to facilitate sales.
  • Assist in communicating new product developments to potential and existing clients.
  • Participate in remote and on-site meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with teams across different territories and offices.
  • Work on opportunities prospected by our SDR team.
  • Learn and participate in sales campaigns to engage key accounts within your territory.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities within the SalesForce CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Ecosystem to build and nurture leads and opportunities.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with the Microsoft Sales and Customer Success teams to drive success in the Microsoft 365 customer base.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong interest in sales and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
  • Experience in a sales or customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS solutions and enterprise space.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to follow up on tasks.
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other business tools for effective communication.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Where Can I Score Extra Credit?

  • Any experience with Office 365 sales as a Microsoft team member or ISV partner
  • Previous exposure to sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Bant, Challenger, and Command of the Message.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft infrastructure, cloud technologies, and related service offerings.
