CORESTAFF Services is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Windsor, CO
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in supporting a state-of-the-art Thermal Media Manufacturing operation. The facility comprises 2 coating machines, 7 finishing slitters, and encompasses building/site maintenance.
This is a temp to hire opportunity.
Work Schedule: The successful candidate will be part of a 5 1/2-day, 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Night/day shift
Essential Responsibilities:
- Electrical Systems: Responsible for new electrical installations and the maintenance of existing electrical systems.
- Maintenance Expertise: Perform demand maintenance across all areas of Thermal Media Manufacturing.
- Proactive Approach: Execute preventive/predictive maintenance tasks, participate in project (installation) tasks, and engage in light fabrication tasks.
- Documentation: Complete PMs, work shutdowns, generate/update procedures and prints, as well as order and repair spare parts.
- Collaboration: Provide support to engineering and operations as needed.
Skills And/Or Knowledge Specifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automated equipment maintenance.
- Analytical Skills: Possess analytical troubleshooting skills to drive to the root cause of issues.
- Pressure Handling: Work effectively under pressure, display initiative, and prioritize safety.
- Communication: Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to contribute to an integrated operations/maintenance/staff team environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Chemical Mixing, Delivery, and Coating operations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electrical/electronic/machine controls including pumps, control valves, and web conveyance.
- Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge: Working knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components (motors/PLCs/drives).
