Position Overview:
The role of the Patient Navigator is an extremely vital role within the CoreLife family. The Patient Navigator provides an overview and education to referred patients about the services and programs that CoreLife offers. In the initial outreach to potential CoreLife patients, you will be providing information on our program as well as assisting new patients with the insurance verification process and answering any questions that they may have about CoreLife and their patient experience. You are the first point of contact that any prospective patient will have with CoreLife. Your attitude, tone of voice, and overall demeanor are vital to the success of our prospect patients.

This job operates in a professional customer service contact center environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
