We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join our Prince Frederick location, where you will have a schedule of 10 hours per day, Monday- Thursday. This position offers a unique opportunity for you to be the lead care team member, working alongside a dietitian, exercise trainer, and other clinicians who may be utilized in the model. As the lead, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing the problems and conditions associated with obesity, and engaging patients in the multidisciplinary service model offered by CoreLife. Your services will be consistent with accepted standards of medical practice and the reasonable productivity standards adopted from time to time by CalvertHealth and CoreLife leadership. This role also provides a platform for your professional growth and development, allowing you to expand your skills and knowledge in an integrated care model. 

Education:

  • Master of Science in Nursing

Registration/Certification/Licensure:

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse Practitioner License in Maryland or a state that reciprocates with Maryland
  • Active, unrestricted DEA and CDS
  • Current, Basic Life Support Certification
