- Preparation of Quarterly and Annual ASC 740 and effective tax rate calculations.
- Preparation of US Federal Consolidated Tax Return and other US Tax forms.
- Assist in the development of process and technology automation in the Tax Department.
- Administer tax preparation software (Thomson Reuters) for both income tax provision and compliance.
- Monitor compliance with Corporate SOX procedures.
- Prepare and maintain corporate Transfer Pricing documentation.
- Research and Planning projects as needed on complex business and technical tax positions.
- Respond to requests from Field personnel and Business Unit personnel.
- Maintain Fixed Asset tax information and reporting.
- Perform special projects as required.
- Assist field locations with tax matters including provision, compliance and contract review.
- A four year College degree from an accredited college or university.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance mandatory, Masters in Accounting highly preferred, or other country equivalent.
- A minimum of four (4) or more years of qualified experience in the area of US Federal Tax.
- Intermediate expertise with One Source software (ProSystems is acceptable).
- Intermediate expertise with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook).
