**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team.
As a Personal Trainer, you will work with clients to help them achieve their fitness goals through personalized exercise plans and coaching.
**Duties:**
- Conduct fitness assessments to evaluate clients' current fitness levels and goals
- Develop customized workout plans based on individual needs and goals
- Instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to minimize injury and maximize results
- Motivate and support clients throughout their fitness journey
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to enhance overall wellness
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education or related field preferred
- Certification in Personal Training or related field (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM)
- Strong knowledge of body mechanics, physiology, anatomy, and sports coaching
- Experience in sales or fitness sales is a plus
- Proven ability in program design for individuals and group fitness sessions
