Core Security Services is hiring Retail Security Specialists for its customer location in the Scottsdale area. Full time, day shift.

Minimum Requirements:

Unarmed Security Guard Card issued by Arizona Department of Public Safety
5 years experience as Unarmed Security Guard
Pass background investigation
Pass drug test
High school diploma or equivalent
Good driving record
Emergency First Aid (CPR/AED)

Required Experience:

Three or more years as an Retail Security Officer, or two or more years as a commissioned police officer, or four or more years as a reserve police officer or corrections officer, or honorably discharged, if retired, military personnel (DD214).

Required Skills:

Interpersonal communication - good communication skills (written and verbal) in English·
Conflict resolution situations·
Self-motivated·
Detail oriented·
Ability to work independently

Responsibilities:

Provide protection to employees, customers, authorized visitors, vendors, and private property from harm, deters theft, and vandalism.· The days and hours of shift coverage for this position are Monday through Sunday - Day and Evening shifts. Locations are in the Scottsdale area.
