Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces and accompanying contractors when needed. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:

- Remove weeds and debris from outdoor areas

- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete groundskeeping tasks

- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and storage areas

- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times

- Would be responsible for accompanying a contractor during monthly pest control

Requirements:

- Previous experience in groundskeeping or a related field preferred

- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and practices

- Familiarity with operating power tools and hand tools

- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
