Operated business serving the DFW Metroplex with aerial work platforms for contractors at commercial job sites. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely, efficient, and safe transportation of our wide range of lifting equipment, including but not limited to forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts, to various construction sites, warehouses, and industrial projects within the Dallas/ Fort Worth Metroplex.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Driving to local DFW pickup and drop offs
• Boom lift, scissor lift, and warehouse forklifts. manual to 80 ft in the air.
• Deliver from residential (light fixtures), Commercial sites (Malls, Construction sites)
• Depart in the morning, after 1st drop, return to reload or will do pickups
• Safely operate a variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers, ensuring all equipment is securely loaded, transported, and unloading at designated locations- Flatbed with hydraulic dove, tail end drops and pick up
• Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and equipment to identify any maintenance needs, ensuring all vehicles and equipment are in excellent condition and comply with all safety regulations.
• Coordinate closely with the logistics and dispatch team to plan routes efficiently, adhere to delivery schedules, and update on any changes or delays
• Assist in the loading and unloading process of equipment, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment handling procedures to prevent damage
• Provide exceptional customer service during delivery and pick-up operations.
• Stay informed of and comply with all DOT regulations and company safety policies, contributing to a sage working environment for all employees

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid CDL Class A without restrictions preferred ( Manual trucks with 10 speed)
• Bilingual Preferred (Spanish)
• Ability to navigate and plan routes efficiently, including proficiency in using GPS and other Routing software and /or phone applications
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and adapt to changing schedules as required by the job

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to pass CDL medical example as needed
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. routinely and manage the physical demands of loading/ unloading equipment
• Zero-tolerance drug and alcohol-free workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
