Core One is seeking a Sensitive Activities CI Support to support the program. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with a CI Scope Polygraph within 3 years . This position is contingent upon contract award.
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct Counterintelligence (CI) staff support to the counterintelligence coordinating authority, aiding in the preparation and execution of all facets of CI collection, CI production, and joint CI operations management.
• Integrate and deconflict joint CI activities with the Joint Staff and Combatant Commands (COCOMs), with a focus on Special Operations Forces (SOF) enterprise Sensitive Activities.
• Furnish CI support to worldwide CI operations aimed at exposing and countering foreign intelligence services, terrorist organizations, and associated threats.
• Provide CI support to the command's Sensitive Activities staff and subordinate elements as necessitated.
• Identify foreign counterintelligence and security modus operandi, assessing threats to Department of Defense (DoD) Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and sensitive activities.
• Assist in evaluating operational capabilities and effectiveness of Foreign Intelligence Services.
• Participate in conducting risk-versus-gains analysis and assessments of CI operations.
• Advise command personnel regarding foreign intelligence services' capabilities, drawing from information acquired through CI operations, personal experience, research, and collaboration with intelligence analysts.

Requirements:

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, along with a minimum of five years of counterintelligence experience.
• Graduate of the Department of Defense or Federal Counterintelligence/Law Enforcement Badge & Credentialing School.
• Three years of experience collaborating with the Department of Defense (DoD) CI support for Defense Agencies, Combatant Commands, and other DoD components (e.g., Special Operations Forces (SOF) Components, TSOCs, or SOF Units).
• Proficiency in Intelligence Community analytical methodologies, standards, and software tools.
• Working knowledge of the full range of concepts, principles, practices, laws, methods, and techniques related to DoD counterintelligence investigations and operations.
• Demonstrate both individual and team-oriented traits conducive to successful integration into a dynamic work environment.
• Possession and maintenance of a Top-Secret security clearance with sensitive compartmented information access.
• Current (within 3 years) Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph.
