Personal Insurance Account Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned book of Personal Lines accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests.
- Work with clients to remarket renewals when appropriate.
- Act as liaison between clients and carriers.
- Explains various insurance policies and products to existing clients; guides clients in selecting coverage to best meet their needs and coverage requirements.
- Review coverages, suggest improvements, and round accounts.
- Processing endorsements, cancellations, and other policy transactions.
- Assists client with filing of claims where needed.
- Document and maintain client files in agency management system.
- Comply with Agency Procedures & Adhere to agency service standards and timelines.
- Utilize agency technology and software applications including agency management systems, document management systems and workflows.
- Engages in team environment while also working well independently .
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience managing and servicing Personal Lines clients is required.
- Current P&C License
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of AMS360 preferred
- ACS rating system experience preferred

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
