Bonus Details:

• $1,000 Bonus: Available to new in-home staff who commit to working a minimum of 30 hours per week for 12 consecutive weeks. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact while benefiting from a substantial bonus.
• Flexible Hours Bonus: We offer a flexible bonus option for new field staff working fewer than 30 hours per week. Earn $50 for every 100 hours worked, with the opportunity to accumulate up to $500.

Eligibility:

• The Sign-On Bonus is exclusively for new field staff at CORE Health Care.
• The bonus is calculated based on the hours worked within the first six months from the date of hire.

Your Role as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide:

As a compassionate and dedicated caregiver, you will provide essential support to needy individuals, playing a vital role in improving their quality of life. This position offers the rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in someone’s life and contribute to their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal care assistance, including hygiene and daily living activities.
• Meal preparation with attention to dietary needs.
• Medication administration and coordination of medical appointments.
• Vital signs monitoring and accurate documentation.
• Mobility assistance and engaging in enriching activities.

We Are Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 months experience in providing personal care, with a strong preference for experience in home settings, facilities, or hospitals.
• A respectful, compassionate, and communicative individual who values making a positive impact.
• Someone with a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent knowledge of first aid and CPR, and a commitment to health and safety standards.
