Location: Austin, TX

Position Overview:

The Client Account Manager - Property Insurance Carrier Support plays a crucial role in strengthening relationships with our insurance carrier clients and stimulating growth in claims volume and usage of the CORE Managed Repair program. This individual will serve as a primary support person to the national sales team, working closely with both CORE's national network of property restoration service contractors and insurance carrier client teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

- Act as the primary point of contact for insurance carrier clients, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

- Collaborate with insurance carrier client teams to understand their specific needs and challenges.

2. National Sales Support:

- Provide support to the national sales team by assisting in client presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

- Assist in identifying opportunities for expansion and growth within existing and prospective insurance carrier clients.

3. Contract Management:

- Oversee contract compliance and ensure that the terms of the agreements are met.

- Work with insurance carrier clients to review, renew, and amend contracts as needed.

4. Network Expansion:

- Expand and nurture CORE's national network of property restoration service contractors.

- Identify and onboard new contractors to meet the evolving needs of insurance carrier clients.

5. Program Adoption:

- Promote and support the increased usage of the CORE Managed Repair program among insurance carrier clients.

- Provide guidance and training to clients on the program's benefits and features.

6. Performance Metrics:

- Collaborate with insurance carrier clients to establish and monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure satisfaction and program success.

7. Issue Resolution:

- Address and resolve client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

- Escalate complex matters to senior management as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent industry experience (preferred).

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client account management, preferably in the property insurance industry or related field.

- Strong knowledge of property insurance carriers, claims processes, and industry trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
