Responsibilities:

• Observe, record, and report resident data according to policy and procedure.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Ensure appropriate documentation for unauthorized discharges in resident medical records.
• Assist licensed practical nurses and certified nurse's aides in day-to-day activities.

Qualifications:

• Current NYS RN license and registration required.
• BLS certification.
• Graduation from an approved RN program.
• Experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
• Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR).
• New grads will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55.00 - $55.32 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
