Clinical Director in Hartford, CT!

• Board Certified OB/GYN required
• Full-time or Part-time, 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday

Are you a passionate OB/GYN looking to make a difference in a diverse community? Our Women’s Health department needs a Clinical Director who can provide non-acute care in our office setting. Whether you're a board certified OB/GYN or a skilled Gynecologist, we welcome your expertise in serving patients from various backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 3 Women’s Health APRNs and 1 sonographer
• Develop and maintain department quality assurance
• Collaborate with Physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Midwives, and Nurse Practitioners
• Contribute to long-term planning and budgeting
• Coordinate prenatal services for high-risk pregnant patients

Requirements:

• MD from an accredited school of medicine
• Board Certification or eligibility in OB/GYN or Gynecology
• Connecticut licensure and DEA registration
• Strong clinical skills in women’s health care
• Ability to manage patient flow in a busy clinic

Pay: $220,000.00 - $320,000.00 per year
