Basics of the Job: Responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability for the company by leading and managing the sales and marketing teams. Also responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. The CCO will work closely with other members of the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans.

Essential Duties:
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability for the company.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that client needs are being met and that
recruitment processes are efficient and effective.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
• Develop and implement sales training programs to improve the skills and performance of the
sales team.
• Create and maintain sales reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for
improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Qualification Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record
of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Experience in the recruiting or staffing industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
with clients and candidates.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to achieving results.
