General Information and Responsibilities:
- Providing in-person, direct support to the Managers and the Systems and General Engineering teams
- Direct support to the Sr. Manager, Project Management
- Responsible for obtaining vendor quotes for hardware and software
- Responsible for ordering hardware and software
- Reporting on System Engineering projects and schedules
- Research and analysis on hardware and software
- Ad hoc reporting
- Support the team by tracking and reporting project progress
- Act as System Engineering resource scheduler
- Ensures all work meets established quality standards
- General Engineering/Site Lead
- Attention to detail
- Self-starter, highly motivated and takes initiative.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Able to interact with all levels of management.
- Possess strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Understand the sense of urgency in the position with the ability to meet challenging deadlines
