Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and use a foot-press operated bagging machine, to bag and seal stock items in specific quantities and using specific packing instructions
- Using printed out orders, pick specific quantities of stock items in an organized fashion and forward these items to the Shipping Department to fulfill daily shipments and meet on-time delivery goals.
- Set up and use an ink marking machine to mark specific stock with appropriate customer and part ID numbers
- Receive incoming stock items stock them in the appropriate area using specific part numbers.
- Perform daily cycle counting of items to assure inventory accuracy.
- Respond to questions and requests for stock items from Customer Service Representatives on an as needed or requested basis.
- Use digital scale to weigh out stock items.

- High school or vocational school or equivalent and ideally, some manufacturing experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

- Basic math skills including addition and subtraction along with reasoning ability
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Ability to pass fork lift certification and successfully operate a forklift.
