Customer Order Administrator The CAS Billing group is seeking customer order administrator to be a part of our billing/customer administration team. The CAS Order Admin and Billing team is responsible for ensuring clear, concise and accurate billings to our customers as well as being compliant with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). The customer order administrator role requires a candidate who will be responsible for account management and business activities in support of ARINC customers related to CAS services for customer orders and billing. Responsibilities will include: • Data entry to include submitting customer invoices into various payment portals. • Monitor and action emails sent to several group mailboxes. • Utilize the corporate CRM tool NEXUS to create, monitor, and complete customer orders. • Utilize other corporate tools, such as RevChain (billing system) and the ARINCDirect Feedback Tracker system for research and preparation of a customer order. • Communicate with internal collection teams, customers, contract requests and billing requests. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring correct billing is applied for implemented services in the corporate billing system, RevChain. Review customer invoices regularly to identify, research and communicate accuracy of billing to customers. Requirements: High School diploma/GED 2 - 3 years’ experience in a customer service and/or billing for a large corporation Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications and/or Accounting is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills Intermediate Excel skills Desired experience/skills: Must have customer service skills, a general knowledge of order entry and/or invoicing. Business system tools – ability to use a CRM system and Excel.
