Core Connections Behavioral Associates is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Near Kennesaw, GA

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Your expertise and experience in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

We focus heavily on client focused work meaning on the ground supervision and guidance of our RBT's and BCaBA's. We provide caseloads of 3-5 clients with 30 billable hours a week. We make sure BCBA's have ample time for assessments as well as clear communication when reports are due. We help with credentialing and guidance through that as well. We also make sure that clients are the best fit for our scope of practice.

Typical work weeks are Monday-Friday 9-5 in clinic or school based- minimal driving

Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals
- Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients, implementing evidence-based interventions
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of treatment strategies
- Train and supervise behavior technicians in implementing treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Experience:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
