We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects and drive our success to new heights.

Job Description:

As a Superintendent at Core Building Company, you will be at the forefront of our construction operations, overseeing all phases of the building process. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This job will require managing projects in Valley County which will entail some commuting and occasional overnight stays for about 60% of the time. Do not respond if travel is not going to work for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage on-site construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

- Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.

- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

- Resolve on-site issues and conflicts effectively.

- Maintain detailed records of construction progress, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and building codes.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field is advantageous.
