CORE ADVISORY PARTNERS LLC is Hiring a Managing Director of Capital Markets for Income Producing Real Estate Near Las Vegas, NV

Overview of CORE Advisory Partners: CORE Advisory Partners, LLC (“CORE”) and its affiliate Sahara Investment Group, LLC (“Sahara”) are an integrated CRE finance firm with three synergistic verticals:

Vertical 1 – Capital Markets: CORE is a licensed commercial real estate mortgage broker

Vertical 2 – Advisory: CORE is an outsourced finance strategy team for developers, real estate investors, and family offices providing strategic CFO capabilities.

Vertical 3 – Investments: Sahara Investment Group, an affiliate of CORE, is an investment management company that invests in commercial real estate and is raising its second fund (~$250M ) which will be focused on commercial real estate debt

We are seeking a Managing Director of Capital Markets for Income Producing Commercial Real Estate that is based in Nevada. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a track record leading commercial real estate finance transactions for income producing commercial real estate with Insurance, CMBS, and Bank debt financing solutions. The individual will be a tenacious, self-starter that is hungry to be an integral part in growing company.

As a Managing Director of Capital Markets, you will:

  1. Manage, generate, and bring your own book of business that you will enable you to source new business opportunities, engage clients, and execute deals
  2. Maintain your existing and add continue to expand your lender and investor relationships
  3. Determine each client’s specific needs and provide guidance on the likely outcomes of a financing process and how CORE would market the opportunity to lenders & investors
  4. Lead the junior team to create the final marketing materials (teaser, OM, model, etc.)
  5. Lead the marketing process with the support of the junior team to produce the financing options available in the market
  6. Lead the closing process with the support of the junior team

Key Qualifications:

  1. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Vice President or Managing Director within a similar commercial real estate finance role and a demonstrable track record of transaction execution experience
  2. Experience with correspondent Insurance Company relationships is preferred, plus CMBS and Bank financing transaction experience
  3. Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline
  4. Excellent communication skills and experience interfacing with top level executives, investors and lenders
  5. Excellent quantitative skills including experience in financial modeling and analysis for commercial real estate projects and capital structures
  6. Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  7. Experience managing and coaching Junior team members (Associate and Analyst team)
