Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Salad/Pantry Person to join our team in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and food preparation, with experience in kitchen operations, catering, and menu planning.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble salads, dressings, and cold appetizers according to standardized recipes
- Assist with food preparation tasks in the pantry section of the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pantry area
- Support the culinary team in various kitchen duties as needed
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service delivery
Experience:
- Prior experience in a food service or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of menu planning and dietary department operations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
