Job Summary:
This job will part of the Cordis Leadership Development Program, the Pulse Program the heartbeat of Cordis. This program is intended to be a 2-3 year program involving multiple rotations through different roles and functions within the business. This will involve leading and supporting a mix of two activities:
This leader will actively manage scope, schedule, resourcing, risk management, change management, and budget to ensure the program stays on track. This role will work on critical aspects of the global business, including regional, operational, commercial, and financial strategy in close partnership with the executive leadership team and Business Transformation team.
This role will work in close coordination with functions including Finance, Marketing, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, as well as across the three regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
The Pulse Program is intended to develop future executive leaders for Cordis through cross functional and cross regional experiences. These roles will be rotational in nature, with 6-18 months spent in a given area and 2-3 total rotations. At the end of the program we would expect graduates to take a functional or regional role within the business. During the duration of the program Cordis will offer mentorship with senior leaders, curated training programs, and dedicated forums and offsites for experience sharing within the program.
