- Up to $40 Per Hour Billed for the most Skilled Technicians
- Hourly Guarantee (To help get through the slow times, or weeks when things don't go your way)
- 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday

- 1 years of Automotive Repair experience as an Technician
- ASE Certifications desired
- Experience diagnosing and repairing relevant makes and models
- Motivation to work independently
- Desire to learn and attend training sessions for products serviced by the company at the company's expense
- Own your own set of hand tools with a roll away toolbox
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Perform work as outlined in repair order.
- Perform all work with efficiency and accuracy and in accordance with factory standards.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle malfunction.
- Communicate with the parts department to secure necessary parts.
- Work with service advisers and provide recommendation if repair order needs to be adjusted.
- Road test vehicles as needed for quality assessment.
- Maintain working knowledge of factory technical bulletins.
- Ensure customer vehicle cleanliness.
- Maintain neat and orderly work area.
- Accountable for all company owned tools.
- Perform job duties and functions with flexibility in the event of emergencies, changes in personnel, workload, rush jobs or technology developments.
- Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds
- Efficiently navigate a computer
- Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
- Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair
- Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools
- Walk/stand for the majority of their workday
- Drive manual transmissions vehicles
- Base Rate (To help get through the slow times)
- Performance Pay Up to $45 Per Billed Hour for the most Skilled Technicians
