The Position:

• We’re looking for an entry-level General Laborer. The pay range we’re offering is $14 - $17 per hour, based on experience.

• We offer paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company match and profit sharing.
• We also offer a comprehensive health insurance packages for full-time positions.

Requirements:

• Hard worker with a positive attitude.
• Operate a forklift.
• Use hand tools.
• Good math skills.
• Indoor and outdoor work year round.
• Manually lift up to 100lbs.
• First shift operation with flexible starting time; may be required to work until 6:00pm.
• Overtime available during peak times based on customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Meet daily objectives in production, quality, and timely shipment of customer orders.
• Flexibility to move to work in other areas when required.
• Communicate with company managers on a daily basis ensuring objectives have been achieved in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service!
