POSITION : Shipping Clerk

LOCATION : Totowa, N. J. Distribution Center

REPORTS TO : DC Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience or training with MS Word, and MS Excel

SUMMARY OF DUTITES :

The focus of this position is to be able to handle all inherent warehouse administrative functions in a fast paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITES :

• Issue Certificates of Analysis for all products shipped from Corbion.
• Schedule all incoming customer pickups, resupply orders, and deliveries.
• Respond to all inquiries from customers regarding COA’s.
• Process and allocate all shipments on a daily basis.
• Maintain good record keeping on truck inspection sheets.

CAPABILITIES :

• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Computer competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of FedEx, UPS small package shipments helpful but not required.
• Work well with other departments and OPCO’s on a daily basis.
• Bilingual preferred.

USUAL PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES :

The person in this position usually sits, stands, walks, kneels, bends and reaches above and below the shoulders. Corrected vision, speaking ability, and hearing are usually involved in performing written and verbal job junctions.
