We are in search of a CERTIFIED Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA) at our long-term care facility in Corbin, Kentucky. The successful candidate must also be a CERTIFIED Nursing Assistant (CNA/SRNA). These two (2) certifications are required to be considered for this position.

The Kentucky Medication Aide may work in place of a nurse to pass oral medications, apply topical ointments, and dispense drops to the eyes, ears, etc. Under the supervision of the charge nurse, the Medication Aide will perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the Nurse Aide (SRNA/CNA) when not dispensing medication.
