Perform routine maintenance or repairs to power generation systems, including generators and automatic transfer switches. Perform unit repairs on mostly air cooled generators ranging in size from 8kw to 24kw. Diagnose or troubleshoot problems with systems failures and other warranty issues. Monitor periodically to ensure proper functioning and performance. Prepare and submit compliance, operational, and safety forms or reports. Maintain truck inventory by monitoring and requesting materials required. Communicate timely for restocking needs. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, with excellent work ethic and neat appearance. Keep customers and service dispatchers informed of job progress, parts availability, cost estimates and job completion. Keep current with industry standards. Advancement opportunities available. Familiarity with the Generac Power System a plus. Pay is commensurate upon experience. Willing to train. Education reimbursement.
