Master Level Family Therapist - Coras Wellness and Behavioral Health

Coras was Founded in 2021, as a limited liability corporation as a subsidiary of Conexio Care, Inc., CORAS Wellness & Behavioral Health provides a wide array of substance abuse and behavioral health treatment services, including but not limited to, MAT Services, Outpatient Services, Residentials Services, Sober Living Services, Primary Care Services, and other wellness and behavioral health services. We currently have 16 facilities throughout the state of Delaware.

Coras Wellness and Behavioral Health is seeking a candidate for the newly created Family Counselor position. This candidate will work in conjunction with another therapist to provide community-based therapeutic, case management, and crisis services to youth and families aiming to prevent out of home placement for at risk youth. Services will be delivered in the community, schools, and at home or via telehealth if appropriate. This position offers small caseloads, the ability to work from home when not in the community. Therapists receive training to become a certified Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapist in addition to experience towards licensure.

A sign on bonus of $2,000 after 6 months of employment with a starting salary range of $47,000-$50,000 annually.

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Applicants must possess a masters or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or other human services field that qualifies for clinical licensure in the State of Delaware, including Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Psychologist.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR (motor vehicle record)
• Pass criminal background check.
• Two years’ experience working with children and families preferred but not required.

Additional Qualifications: anything else you would like the candidate to possess

• Computer knowledge of MS Office, and other HR applications is a plus, not required.
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be proactive, organized, and possess great follow-up skills.
• Must have the skill/ability to collaborate, partner with, and provide exceptional customer support to a variety of affiliate partners within the organization.
