Are you ready to help shape the future of travel and hospitality? CoralTree is seeking a Payroll Analyst to join our team in Englewood, CO. We are searching for an expert in payroll processing and systems, who can process payroll for multiple entities. The Payroll Analyst will assist with Payroll Help Desk support, work directly with payroll users, respond to support tickets, and indirectly oversee the payroll processing for our properties. This person will assist with management and training of internal Payroll Property Administrators and work on special projects. Responsibilities:
  • Dive head-first into the action, ensuring every part of the biweekly payroll process is executed with precision and care. Your expertise will keep our financial pulse strong and steady.
  • Take charge by preparing and processing manual checks. Whether its adjustments, terminations, or severance, you ensure everyone feels valued and taken care of.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our team to supercharge our payroll systems. Your collaboration will keep our gears moving smoothly and efficiently.
  • Keep a vigilant eye on our primary interfaces, swiftly tackling errors and exceptions. Your problem-solving skills will bridge gaps and maintain seamless operations with our Properties.
  • Respond to user issues with a blend of technical savvy and functional wisdom. Your swift resolutions will uphold our high standards of performance and user satisfaction.
  • Capture the essence of each challenge, from its impact to its resolution. Your meticulous records will guide our path to continuous improvement.
  • When faced with complex challenges, you know when to bring in the heavy hitters. Your strategic escalations to Payroll Managers and support teams ensure no problem is left unresolved.

  • Regular updates on common issues and new processes will make you the go-to source for all things payroll, keeping our team ahead of the curve.
  • Develop and deliver training that enlightens and empowers, making complex systems accessible to all.
  • Lead the charge in integrating new teams, ensuring smooth transitions and consistent support.
  • From UKG to 401(k)s, youll ensure our systems are fine-tuned and flawless.
  • Assist in refining processes that keep our operations running smoothly and our team empowered.
  • Prepare meticulously for audits, ensuring our financials are bulletproof and compliant.
  • Resolve complex tax issues, ensuring compliance and peace of mind for all.
  • Ensure our systems reflect the latest legal standards, safeguarding our practices and our people.
  • Assist with audits and reporting, ensuring our team is protected and prepared.
  • Your work on pivotal projects will shape the future of our operations and team success.
Qualifications:
  • 4 years of Payroll experience
  • Bachelors Degree in business, finance, or computer science preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of integrated suite of applications such as UKG, and adjacent systems and interfaces, including system architecture, data structures, and functionality.
  • Solid understanding of the business processes that are supported by the integrated suite of applications including payroll, time and labor management and reporting.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues from a systemic perspective identifying symptoms, root causes, resolution steps, impacts, and preventative measures.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple-tasks under pressure ensuring that issues with the greatest user and business impacts are addressed and resolved first.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to break down complex system issues into business terms that users and managers can understand.
  • Knowledge and experience of software development life cycle methodology including change control procedures, unit and integrated testing procedures, and user acceptance procedures
