The ideal candidate has the ability to translate data and research into actionable marketing plans that inform campaign development and optimization, directly contributing to company growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Gain a thorough understanding of our products, standards, and differentiators so that strategies can be developed for more effective communications and brand awarenessAssist with the development and execution of inbound marketing campaigns, producing content for projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation and nurturing, including email, webinars, trade shows, and sales enablement. Support trade show planning and execution. Analyze existing marketing collateral with a critical eye and identify opportunities for improvement.Measure, analyze, and report on campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs. This includes and is not limited to creating and distributing UTMs to track digital marketing efforts, pulling individual campaign tracking, collecting screenshots, and reporting on metrics for each campaign to enable the marketing team to make strategic decisions on audience acquisition planning.Document procedures, processes, and workflows and recommend changes for greater efficiencies.
