Coral Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in beautiful Wilmington, DE is currently hiring for a 7p-7a Weekend Registered Nurse Supervisor!

This is an every other weekend position!

This position pays up to $45.00 an hour depending upon experience!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse Supervisor assists in directing and supervising the implementation of the resident care plans.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor regularly rounds on nursing unit.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor monitors and assures that incidents, accidents and resident/staff complaints are reported and documented correctly.
• The Registered Nurse Supervisor prepares/administers performance reviews for shift staff in consultation with unit managers; provide correction/re-education to shift staff as needed.
