We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team in Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN positions for 12-hour shifts.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide direct nursing care and assistance to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.

- Monitor residents' condition and assess changes in their health status.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Document nursing interventions, observations, and resident progress accurately and timely.

**Qualifications:**

- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of Texas.

- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

- Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient needs.

- Prior experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
