COR Health is Hiring a Children's Targeted Case Manager ~ Make an Impact! Near Biddeford, ME

$12,000 Student Loan Repayment Program based on tenure and hours worked with COR Health.

Please note: Regional travel to client locations is required. This is a hybrid role: at client locations, at home and at the COR Health corporate offices in Portland.

COR Health’s Targeted Case Manager implements resources and services identified by our clients and their families to help them stabilize and improve their lives. The prospective clients have various backgrounds with either behavioral health, developmental delays, or chronic medical conditions. TCMs open a world up to these clients that may have not been known prior to introducing them to certain providers and resources. The TCMs collaborate with a myriad of other professionals in social services, medical, and other professions, and bring these professionals together for the common good of the client. The TCM role is an exciting, multi-faceted position that involves combining attention to detail with integral client care.

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, mostly business hours

REQUIREMENTS: All candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, education, psychology, social services, social work or a health related field. They must also possess a valid driver’s license with no criminal violations and be able to pass staff and federal background checks. Regional travel to client locations is required.
