cor creative partners LLC is Hiring a Teacher Instructional Coach Near Quincy, MA

We are hiring now for an Instructional Coach to begin in August 2024.

cor creative partners is an educational consulting company in the Boston area. We provide instructional coaching, leadership coaching, workshops, and programs for K-12 teachers and leaders with an emphasis on supporting those who work in a secondary school settings. Some of our workshop topics and programs include integrating academics and social-emotional learning, leadership development, curriculum and pedagogy, and supporting the implementation of high quality curriculum including Investigating History. We’re looking for an educational professional who can provide instructional coaching to teachers, facilitate in-person workshops and programs for educators around the Boston Metro area, and contribute to the operation of a small company. This is a hybrid position; team members at cor typically work in person 2-4 days a week and remotely other days.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide instructional coaching to K-12 educators and facilitate workshops and programs in schools throughout the Boston Metro area
  • Document outcomes of work through written notes
  • Develop content related to culturally responsive teaching practices and the integration of social emotional learning in academics
  • Communicate with clients before and after events
  • Provide various administrative support such as coordinating travel logistics, contributing to company marketing materials, and supporting company communications
  • Engage in personal professional development through researching and attending recommended trainings in educational methods and programs, as relevant, and documenting highlights and takeaways for other team members
  • Maintain a positive work culture centered in equity and a belief in the growth potential of self and others

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years teaching experience
  • Experience providing instructional coaching and/or facilitating professional learning programs
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks, CASEL competencies, and culturally responsive pedagogy practices preferred
  • Exceptional skills as both a presenter and facilitator
  • Willingness to engage authentically in difficult conversations
  • Availability to travel to school settings during school hours 2-4 times a week and gather in Quincy for a monthly team in-person day
  • A strong work ethic, exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills, and a demonstrated investment in personal and professional growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
