Job Summary:
As a Tax Leader in the Real Estate Services, you'll play a key role in planning, supervising, and completing real estate tax work for multiple clients. Your responsibilities will include tax compliance and consulting for tax credit real estate properties, process improvement, project management, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, review, and complete real estate tax work/tax returns for multiple clients.
• Utilize extensive knowledge of tax credit real estate properties for tax compliance and consulting.
• Identify process and performance improvement opportunities.
• Project management of various client groups, including regular communication with clients and contacts.
• Research current tax compliance and consulting issues.
• Work closely with partners, team members, and client personnel.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience/Background/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, CPA or other related certification required.
• Minimum of 6 years of tax compliance and management experience, preferably with pass-through entity tax credits (LIHTC, HTC, NMTC).
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent analytical and leadership ability.
• Ability to work on a team and develop other individuals.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and research abilities.
• Strict adherence to professional ethics.

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor's or better in Accounting or related field required.
• Bachelor's or better in Accounting Systems or related field required.
• Master's or better in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.

Pay: Up to $250,000.00 per year
