MDS PPS Coordinator

Hours: Full-time

Licensure: Texas RN or LVN License is required

We're currently in search of a Full-time MDS Nurse for our skilled nursing facility. The MDS Nurse is responsible for coordinating the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process including completion of an accurate Minimum Data Set (MDS) and development of the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, as well as completion of PDPM/Managed Care, or LOC (Level of Care) forms for the Medicare payment process when applicable.
