In this role you will be responsible for day to day operations as it relates to resident care while promoting and integrating the mission and philosophy of Senior Lifestyle Corporation. The Asst RCC manages the care staff in AL by scheduling, evaluating, and supporting the frontline care staff. The Asst RCC should be in close contact with resident families and be instrumental in care plan meetings and service issues as they relate to care.

• Support and assist care team members.
• Assist RCC in scheduling team members.
• Participate in Care Plan meetings with families and residents and manage Interim Service Plan’s as resident needs change.
• Promote all company policies by ensuring SLC communities are providing the best care possible for our residents.
• Participate in weekly at risk meetings with HWD, ED, RCC to ensure leadership team is aware of all resident needs.
• Review and implement all necessary processes for optimal operational efficiency such as- shower schedules, laundry schedules, caregiver assignment sheets, etc.

• Caregiver experience preferred
• Acceptable fluency in English in order to perform job duties and speak, read, write, and communicate with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and applicable third parties.
• Basic computer skills, Excel for scheduling
• Need to be organized, flexible, and even tempered.
• Ability to communicate with families, frontline team, and community management team to ensure optimal operational success.
• Calm personality that possess the ability handle stressful situations with an easy demeanor, ability to multi task and follow through, and self-motivated.
