RN Admissions Coordinator (Corporate/Multi-Facility)

Overview:

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments upon admission
- Coordinate admissions process, completing necessary paperwork and obtaining medical history
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri
- Minimum 2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a nursing home or memory care setting
- Strong knowledge of patient assessment techniques and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
