Copper River Technologies* is looking for a Warehouse Site Manager to provide overall management of physical warehouse operations. This person will function as a senior-level logistician professional (management) who will be responsible for directing the requisition, distribution, and delivery functions, in support of a DoS effort.
This position is contingent upon award and requires an active DoD Secret clearance to be eligible.
Responsibilities:

• Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
• Plan and implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements
• Maintain metrics, reports, and process documentation
• Design and implement strategies to minimize the cost or time required to move goods.
• Act as a change agent to lead and train employees in the use and understanding of quality tools like: Lean Six Sigma, quality awareness, and CMMI
• Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive, affordable, and effective program

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Four-year college degree

• Required Knowledge/Experience:
• Eight (8) years of verifiable experience in logistics management and management of people

• Clearance
• Active Secret

Other Responsibilities:

• Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must comply with all federal COVID-19 related vaccination and testing requirements, including, but not limited to, those set out in Executive Order 14042
