Copper Nickel Events is Hiring an Event Sales Specialist Near Ogden, UT

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales to join our team. The Event Sales will be responsible for selling event space, packages, and services to a variety of clients, including corporate clients, associations, and individuals. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for events, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Showcase venue offerings through photos and presentations to potential clients for various events such as weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, etc.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to tailor event packages accordingly.
  • Provide detailed information about available services, amenities, and event options.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the event planning process.
  • Collaborate with the setup team to ensure seamless execution of events.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the events industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.
  • Knowledge of event planning processes and industry trends is a plus.
  • High school graduate
  • At least 21 years old
  • Must be able to lift 45 pounds on occasion.
  • Available for occasional night and weekend shifts.

Compensation:

  • For candidates with 2 years of experience in wedding planning: $30.00/hour.
  • Entry-level candidates without experience: $20.00/hour.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
