Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and provide recommendations based on customer preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards
- Ensure accuracy in measuring ingredients and following recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent math skills for measuring ingredients and handling cash transactions
- Sales skills to upsell and promote drink specials or menu items
- Experience in the food service industry preferred
- Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Cash handling experience with proficiency in using POS systems
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive experience for guests
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
