Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Room Manager. As a Room Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our banquet and event spaces, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of room setup and breakdown for events
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure efficient and professional service
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless execution of food and beverage service
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for events
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and bartending as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth coordination of events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality or food industry, preferably in a banquet or event setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Bartending experience is a plus
