Copeland Oaks, a non for-profit continuing care retirement community, has current job openings for full-time and part time Cooks in our Dietary Department. Copeland Oaks is located on a beautiful 250-acre village like setting in Sebring Ohio, between Salem and Alliance.

Our Cooks play a vital role in the service we provide our residents. Our Cooks prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner for the residents, employees and guests of Copeland Oaks and Crandall Medical Center. Our Cooks also provide specialized diets based on our residents needs.

  • $14.56 starting wage
  • Hours worked between 3:30pm and 8:30pm receive an extra $1.00 in shift differential

Qualifications:

  • Six months experience in food prep, cooking, or short/order grill work.
  • ServSafe certification or other food safety certification preferred (will train if needed).
  • The Cook must be able to read, write, and follow recipes and menus.
  • Requires constant standing, walking, pushing and pulling, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
