As the Director of Global Compensation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s compensation strategy and ensuring equitable and competitive pay practices worldwide. You will support the organization’s Total Rewards transformation, lead the design of global programs, provide consultation on local programs, and support the VP, Total Rewards in creation of materials for the Compensation Committee. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Total Rewards, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive initiatives that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.

Ideally, this role will be based in St. Louis. However, the role can be hybrid/flexible with candidates willing to travel on a regular basis to St. Louis and/or other company locations. St. Louis is the host of Copeland's global corporate headquarters. Our products have become household names that support the comfort and well-being of our customers. Employees at this location provide support to the various businesses within the global Copeland business, allowing for many networking opportunities across multiple world areas!

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. In accordance with Colorado EPEWA, the salary/pay range for this role is $200,000 - $240,000 annually and may be bonus eligible, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
