Copeland Buhl & Company, PLLP is looking to add an Outsourced Accountant to our firm. As an Outsourced Accountant, you will be responsible for executing clients' accounting functions as part of a team. You will work primarily with high net worth individuals, maintaining regular client contact to service existing needs, maintain a timely and accurate financial picture, provide reports, and hold virtual discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, ensuring all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Build working relationships with clients using a proactive approach to resolving issues. 
• Utilize QuickBooks for accounting processes.
• Maintain charge hours within firm standard range.
• Identify compliance and reporting issues, research solutions, and seek guidance if needed.
• Work closely with internal team as well as client staff to achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree preferred. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, easily switching between tasks on multiple clients as needed.
• QuickBooks, Gusto, and Bill.com experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
