The CNC Machinist will be responsible for setup and operation across multiple machining centers. CNC machining capability can consist of a Haas VF-8, VF-7, VM6, VF-2, UMC750, DS30Y as well as all common shop equipment (manual mill, drill press, saws, etc). Our primary products consist of metallic structural hardware for the satellite communications and automotive industries, closed-mold RTM tools for carbon fiber composite processes. We are seeking a proactive candidate who will engage at the ground level, allowing them to expand their responsibilities and technical competence across multiple disciplines. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable running continuous production as with one-off prototypes.

This position works in a manufacturing environment with moving mechanical equipment and machinery. Occasionally, with contact with potentially hazardous chemicals or materials. All employees are expected to follow the company’s rigorous safety and personal protective equipment procedures.
This position is for our Mooresville, North Carolina location.
