Summary:

As a member of The Cooperstown All Star Village medical team you will be working under the direction of the Medical Director. This position requires an organized individual that can work independently while exhibiting a high level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
• Regularly checking voicemail regularly.
• Responding to medical related email.
• Responding to parent’s questions regarding the players’ registration forms.
• Filling in blank spaces on the registration forms and reaching out to all parents and teams that have not completed the registration forms.
• Recording all input from parents in the Team’s file.
• Alphabetizing all player rosters, Team folders, etc.
• Keeping a tidy, organized work area and office.
• Record excellent notes.
• Communicate with coworkers in the event of an employee absence.
• Organize all incident reports as they come in.
• Advise the supervisor of needed supplies, shortages, etc.
• Must be able to operate a handheld two-way radio and make sure they are charged, rotating as necessary.
• Any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum must have High School Diploma/GED or currently attending high school.
• Ability to work during the day or evening as determined by supervisor.
• Ability to work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to handle multi-task.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and effective leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
