Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on providing exceptional shopping experiences for our customers.

Duties:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product recommendations and demonstrate features through product demos
- Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and handle cash transactions
- Utilize phone etiquette to answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and promotions
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and visual appeal of the store
- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's shopping experience

Experience:

- Prior experience in retail sales, wireless sales, or technical sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and operating a cash register
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Experience with upselling techniques to drive sales growth
